​The first video created
The first music video was created in 1894 when there was no sound in films, songwriters used a variety of methods to attract audiences. In 1894, music publishers Joseph Stern and Edward Mark created the first illustrated composition, helped by George Thomas – an electrician.
It was about 10-15 images were attached to the song, which was projected onto the wall during the live performance. In most cases, illustrated musical compositions were broadcast before the film, but sometimes they were shown instead of the movie. The popularity of such illustrations and the public’s recognition led inventors not to be limited to this.

​The future of music video and music performance
- The future of music will most likely follow the same trends we are seeing in modern technology. It will be incredibly social similar to social media like Instagram , Facebook , Twitter ,... , it will become increasingly computer-based and A.I. driven, and lastly, it will serve as a window to the past, held open by any musicians continuing to create music in more traditional ways
- However artists have likely lost interest in creating expansive videos because they fail to boost sales and create buzz in the way that they used to . Streaming has undoubtedly changed the way that music charts, and thus has impacted the production of videos because they generate less profit

By researching lots of style of music video nowadays help me to see what is the best style for me now for choosing whether to save time , cheaper and reach to my target audience
Music and Genre
For genre I will pick up on 2 type which is hip hop and pop . This is my two favourite type of music and I want to focus on of those genre in this project
